Training Ground Athletic (TGA) is a private group training facility where results matter. We don’t exercise at TGA. As our name implies, we TRAIN. Training is done with long term goals in mind, with programs designed specifically to achieve these goals.
Our mission is for you to become the strongest, leanest, and most conditioned version of yourself. We accomplish this through effective, research-based programming, motivational coaching, education, and maximum accountability.
The rest is up to you. If you don’t put in the time and hard work necessary, you can expect mediocre results. Training at TGA must be a planned event in your weekly schedule, not a random occurrence when you “feel like it”. We strongly believe that consistency drives optimal results.
