Our Group Strength Class is all about the basics: pushing, pulling, hinging, squatting, and loaded carries. We teach the major lifts with the sole purpose of increasing muscle fiber recruitment and peak force production. We focus highly on quality of movement. By using the concepts of torque and ground reaction force, we can increase strength, power output, and decrease the risk of injury. Strength Classes are progressive and run for 3-4 week cycles, focusing on one major lift along with assistance exercises. Only with consistency in your strength training, will you see significant strength and power gains.
