Group Foundations

BECOME THE STRONGEST VERSION OF YOURSELF

The most important part of a building is a strong foundation. Without one, a building has very little structural integrity and could collapse. Similarly, if our bodies have a weak foundation, they are more prone to injury. Group Foundations is a required class for all new clients. It is designed to give you the tools necessary to prepare you for the next level of group training. During this class, your movement will be critically assessed and corrected. The class is very educational with a high level of instruction and coaching. You will learn the fundamentals of improving soft tissue quality, flexibility, core stability, efficient movement patterns, balance and motor control. Once a pre-requisite level of training competency has been achieved, you are on your way to Group Strength and Conditioning.
