While this may sound like a contradiction in terms, it is actually the ultimate combination of what every athlete seeks to achieve, the ability to exert force over time without a decrease in efficiency or breakdown in form. This class comes down to one thing, INTENSITY! Because strength endurance is at the pinnacle of athleticism, we place Group Athletic at the top of the TGA Training Pyramid. This class is extremely challenging, requiring a high skill level, and not designed for the novice. Appropriate progression through the TGA Training Model is a pre-requisite.
